▪ About returns and exchanges

▪Cancellation of orders

I made a mistake with my order
In principle, general sales can be canceled within 60 minutes after ordering. Orders placed after 60 minutes will be processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, please go to My Page and click the "Cancel" button.
*If you use convenience store payment, you cannot cancel from your My Page. If there is no payment, it will be automatically canceled after 72 hours, so please wait until then.
*Cancellation is per order.
*If you want to cancel only one item out of multiple items, please cancel the order once and then place the order again.

▪Payment

I chose convenience store payment. How should I make the payment?
If you use convenience store payment, you will receive a payment receipt completion email in addition to the order email.
Please bring the payment slip number, order number, etc. listed there, and pay within 3 days at the convenience store selected at the time of payment. If payment cannot be confirmed even after 3 days, it will be canceled. In that case, please order again. (Please set up so that you can receive @cabourn.jp.)
I made a payment at a convenience store, but I did not receive a payment completion email.
Please check your spam folder and check your email reception settings. Payment confirmation emails cannot be resent.
If you do not receive the payment confirmation email, you will have to cancel your order and place a new order.
In that case, when the cancellation completion email arrives, the stock for the customer's cancellation will be reflected on the product page, so please promptly reorder. Please note that in some cases, other customers may purchase the item when the canceled inventory is reflected.
After making the payment, I received a confirmation of my identity.
In order to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards on this site, security may detect fraud depending on the customer's usage situation.
In that case, we may ask you to confirm your identity individually, so we ask for your cooperation. Once we have confirmed your identity, we will arrange the shipment.
In addition, if this site determines that your credit card has been used fraudulently, and if we are unable to contact you to confirm your identity, we will cancel your order without contacting you about the results.

▪Regarding registration information

I want to change the shipping address after completing my order.
I cannot accept it. Please cancel the order and place the order again.

▪About ordering and delivery

Can I change my payment method?
The payment method cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed. Please note.

▪ About inventory

Will the product for which I requested a restock notification be restocked?
Even if you request a restock notification, we may not be able to restock.
*If the product number is changed due to additional production, the restock notification email will not be sent.

▪ About repairs

Can I have the items I bought from the online store repaired?
Items purchased at the online store cannot be repaired at the online store. For items that require repair, please bring them to the nearest repair shop or the nearest Nigel Cabourn store by yourself. Correct, the repair fee varies depending on the store you bring it in, so please check with the directly managed store before bringing it in.

▪About gift wrapping

I would like you to wrap the products I bought at the online store and send them to me.

退会をしたい

アプリをお持ちでない方は「オンラインストアについてのお問い合わせ」より退会希望と明記の上ご連絡ください。
